Texas prison inmate cons way onto Idaho primary ballot

A federal prison inmate got himself listed on the ballot for Idaho's May 27 primary as a Democratic presidential candidate, the state's top election official said. As a result, Democratic voters will be able to choose between Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and Judd.
